  • Leading the R&D developing the plant-based dairy alternatives.
  • Completed the design and prototyping of the company's portfolio, which includes one existing product and five new products (plain yogurt, drinking yogurt, skyr, koldskål, Greek-style yogurt, and crème fraîche), all within six months.
  • Organizing the time, task, and resource management for each product category in development.
  • Stakeholder management: Meetings with collaborated manufacturing plant associates and organizations such as ''Fødevarestyrelsen'', ''Teknologisk Institut'' and ingredient suppliers.
  • Auditing for finding the right outsourcing company for manufacturing for the production of the laboratory developed products.
  • Generating ideas regarding the next steps of development (new products) or product optimization.
  • Organizing and managing sensory panels as well as tasting events.
