►Tasks: SAP is developing talent programs worldwide (e.g. for autistic people). I helped coordinating research projects aimed at improving those talent programs (briefing 40 researchers worldwide through reports, facilitating knowledge-sharing among researchers and SAP).

►Result: I planned and executed activities (selection of participants, invitations, follow ups) to realize a conference that SAP held in Philadelphia on March 23-24, 2016.
