Alice La Schiazza

Hi! I’m Alice, 24, born in Rome and currently based in Copenhagen.
Over the past few years, I’ve worked in some of the city’s most lively and fast-paced bars — places full of music, movement, and stories. I’ve learned to keep up, stay grounded, and enjoy the ride.

I love what I do: making drinks, setting the tone for the night, organizing themed evenings, quiz nights and group activities — all the fun stuff that turns a simple night out into something memorable. I get a real kick out of seeing people enjoy themselves, and I genuinely have fun making that happen.

I’m happiest in dynamic, social environments where no two nights are the same. Whether I’m behind the bar or helping out with something spontaneous, I bring energy, care, and a good dose of humourto everything I do.
I feel at home when there’s music in the background, people at the table, and something a little unexpected in the air.
And yes — I’m usually the one suggesting we turn a slow Tuesday into a trivia night.
