• Develop and maintain CO₂ emissions reporting (Scopes 1–3)
• Coordinate EU Taxonomy and CSRD (Environmental) alignment
• Manage ESG ratings: EcoVadis and Sedex
• Contribute to environmental governance and climate strategy initiatives
• Lead the development of Faerch’s climate transition plan to meet science-based targets
• Respond to customer sustainability questionnaires and ad hoc ESG requests
• Expand the internal “sustainability toolbox” to support commercial integration of ESG

Rotated across key finance and ESG areas in a structured graduate program. Main focus on treasury, ESG reporting, and international collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

• Managed daily cash positioning using Kyriba and reconciled bank balances
• Prepared intercompany interest calculations, monthly treasury reports, and quarterly credit risk reports
• Oversaw internal credit approvals, updated swap contracts, RCFs, and processed interest and fee payments
• Handled administrative banking tasks including user setup, credit card management, and payment approvals

Projects & achievements:

• Designed new reporting templates, cash position, treasury report, overdue payments, and credit risk
• Contributed to a working capital optimization project
• Supported onboarding of accounts to a new banking partner
• Completed a 3-month rotation in Annecy, France, collaborating with local finance teams on process improvement
• Completed a 6-months ESG rotation: contributed to EU Taxonomy development and Sustainability CO2-reporting
