  • Led a multidisciplinary construction team (10 engineers, 15 supervisors, 4 surveyors) in managing the entire earthwork scope for Sinohydro Corporation on the HSIA Expansion Project. Oversaw large-scale excavation and filling operations with strict quality standards (95%/98% compaction) across major facilities, including the Main Terminal Building, Export & Import Cargo Terminals, Tunnel, Multilevel Car Parking, and Utility Buildings. Ensured precision in grading, compaction control, and site preparation to support complex structural works.
  • Planned and coordinated construction activities between Sinohydro’s subcontractors for the Elevated Driveway connected to the Main Terminal Building, covering the entire front portion of the new terminal premises. Responsibilities included alignment control, PIER construction, crossbeam installation, and deck slab works, ensuring seamless integration of structural components with the terminal infrastructure.
  • Analysis and record all the variation & additional work arise on site construction by check with site team based on actual site work measurement & Make verification of additional work with audit team.
