• Served as Program Director for a global business process harmonization initiative, driving group-wide transformation aligned with top management’s strategic agenda.
• Led the identification and prioritization of strategic business initiatives critical to the company’s transformation agenda, shaping and managing a project portfolio aligned with key value drivers across functions.
• Oversaw the full range of pre-program preparation activities, including governance setup, roadmap development, resource planning, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring a strong foundation for successful program execution.
