• Syncade – DeltaV interface installation and configuration.
• Troubleshot system issues and performed database migration.
• Conducted FAT and SAT in development and production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Optimized MES-DeltaV recipes, and improved execution performance.
• Developed master recipes, functional specifications, and Visio diagrams.
• Conducted testing and ensured QA compliance for recipes.

Responsibilities (On-site):

Recipe creation:

• Requirement gathering and analyzing.
• Recipe creation, modifications for formulation, API, and packing as per requirements.
• Recipe supporting configuration for formulation (Supporting XMLs, RPX, BOM, Sample plan), NONMES/ET workflows.

Site support:

• Resolving real-time errors by troubleshooting and providing a resolution or workaround for the same.
• Troubleshooting issues related to behaviors (Custom and PSSB), SQL database services, queues, database backup/restoration, SC consumers, services, and reprocessing messages.
• Co-ordination with the Emerson Global Service Centre (GSC) team for product-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Tech Transfer:

Document generation for change requests (Pre/Post SFC, FDS, FRA, and Batch reports).

Troubleshoot and resolve log items by modifying (EWI, OP, UP) configuration.

• Floor Support:

12 hours of shift support.

Consulting operators about the execution of the workflow when requested.

Handling support requests by investigating errors and resolving the errors to avoid delays in production.
