As an Automation Engineer I handled detailed programming tasks, integrate with DCS of many systems developed by others vendor, Updating the vendor software as per client IT & Automation requirement like UMC configuration, sending all GMP & critical data to PI and PM analyzer server database and generating reports into the complex OT and IT layer of our customers. Also handling document, review document from vendor and correct as per client requirement.

Project Overview:
I developed a robust SCADA system for ISRO, integrating Siemens S7-400H systems with HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 Servers to implement two Master SCADA systems. The system featured full redundancy with four Profinet-connected clients and two OPC UA-based redundant clients to ensure high reliability and continuous operation.
In addition to system development, I was responsible for documentation and led the Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT), ensuring the solution met ISRO’s stringent requirements. This project delivered a scalable, mission-critical automation solution that aligned with the highest industry standards.

Project Overview:
Led the programming and commissioning of a fully automated bio-gas plant, designed for 24/7 operation with minimal human intervention. Utilized Profinet communication to integrate Siemens PLC, drives, and Starter software. Developed a fault diagnosis system for real-time troubleshooting, ensuring continuous, efficient plant operations. Additionally, took charge of system reviews and managed the life cycle to ensure optimal performance and reliability of all IT infrastructure throughout the plant.
