  • Conferred with CEO Award for complex repair method development for Pin-joint and created savings of ~10M€ by collaborating with cross-functional teams for repair validation and testing.
  • Led cross functional teams at LM and TPI, to integrate best repair strategies for One-design house blade project.
  • Introduced epoxy repair development and UV pre-impregnated repair in blade service team by leading project from material qualification and HSE perspective to field implementation, resulting in >2.5M€/year cost savings and 100 minutes/repair (~30%) time savings
  • Led redesign of GE onshore blades, implementing optimized design criteria, improved materials leading to DM cost saving, while also implementing NTIs like Ice Mitigation System (IMS), Lightning Protection System (LPS) and Blade Monitoring System (BMS).
