As a student assistant at Arla, I have been involved in rewards analytics, conducting data analysis in Excel to support decision-making processes. I have assisted in various rewards processes, including benchmarking and salary reviews, and have helped ensure accurate and efficient master data management by handling data uploads. My role has given me valuable insights into compensation structures and HR data management in a global organization.

In my role as a student assistant, I have been responsible for brand procurement, managing daily bookkeeping, facilitating the product flow for new products, maintaining the website, and handling data to support the department's operations. Through these tasks, I have developed strong organizational, and problem-solving skills while gaining valuable experience in ecommerce operations.

I was responsible for serving guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and providing excellent customer service. Through this, I developed strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
