- Did the architecture planning and prepared system design, taxonomy design and workflow design of a content management solution built using IBM FileNet and IBM Case Manager, which is the central repository to store all the claims and their respective documents from different claims systems in Allianz.
- Studied and analysed the claims/cases and their respective workitems built in old IBM BPF tool.
- Analysed the documents and their metadata. Prepared the Solution Architecture of Document Migration Workflow.
- Helped and mentored the team to build the in-house tool to migrate the BPF based cases and workitems into IBM Case Manager based Cases and Workitems.
- Developed and helped the team to develop the Content Migration Workflow to migrate Documents and the Metadata from old FileNet application into new FileNet application using Fast2, an Arrondor tool for the Content Migration. More than 25 million documents got migrated.

- As a Content Migration Lead, developed and helped the team to develop the Content Migration Workflow to migrate documents and their Metadata from the legacy applications (IBM Content Manager, IBM Content Manager OnDemand and FileShares, etc.) into FileNet using Fast2, an Arrondor tool for the Content Migration.
- Migrated a massive 400 million records from the legacy applications into newly developed FileNet based application, which helped Tryg in sunsetting the legacy applications and saving of almost 450 million Danish Kroner.
