Currently working as a solution Architect, defining and finding the loopholes and leveraging the Virtual infrastructure (VMware) by working with client and different teams, both operational and project implementations. Have worked with many Banking clients & Investment sector including Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Lloys Banking, as VMware Lead. (L3 & L4). Working on Planning, design, preparing HLD, LLD, Implementation guide, Run book etc, for multiple project within the infra, assisting customer in identifying and improvement areas wherever possible. Currently doing the POC for upgrading the VMware infra to VMware Version-8, which includes hardware and software compatibility matrix, application and hardware dependency, infra fine tuning etc. Achieved biggest milestone ever by providing a proposal and solution for the entire virtual infra upgrade and upgrading entire ESXi infrastructure from 6.5 to 7.0. using vMware vRo (vRealize orchestrator) – 5500 + Host. Excellent understanding about VMware vRA and its workflow, manipulation, automate task etc. Currently a leading project for upgrading VMware Vsphere infrastructure from 6.7 to 7.0 using vRO, Lifecycle manager etc. Working on VRO multiple workflow for upgrading the ESXi infrastructure and fixing the issue that come across during the upgrade and escalating to the vendor / developer as and when required on case basic. Working and analyzing the Capacity management and identifying the resource crunch in terms of memory, CPU, storage and leveraging the cluster across and infrastructure and provide a solution.
