Summary

More than 20 years of broad HR experience from LEO Pharma, Novo Nordisk A/S, Nordea Bank and A.P. Moller-Maersk, covering all aspects of HR in international and multicultural organizations. Worked with HR functional development in corporate centres as well as orchestrating the annual ‘HR wheel’ in very different business units, always with the purpose of aligning people development decisions with business challenges.
