• Within the Communications Role, my responsibilities encompass SEO, copywriting, marketing strategies and campaigns, monitoring and managing KPIs, assuming a leadership and editorial role over our team of student workers, as well as publishing content on our website and various social media platforms, including partners' channels.
• As Product Developer, I create user experience-optimized online forms, enabling customers to generate legal documents from their homes. I engage in ongoing communication with in-house legal experts and developers while doing so. I also handle customer support over phone, email and chat.
