  • Changed the product roadmap format and process from feature focused to outcome based, resulting in higher user-centricity, more flexibility with respect to development decisions and less breaking of commitments
  • Owning the product backlog, prioritizing the right tasks to work on and creates/refines user stories in close collaboration with development
  • Implemented new release and version strategy necessary for meeting customer expectations in two otherwise contradictory product development strategies: Cloud and on-premise
  • Together with CTO, led the transformation of the development methodology (from Kanban to Scrum), which resulted in higher transparency of and commitment to company critical product initiatives.
