Positive, collaborative, and innovative individual with strong foundation in software engineering, ready to make the next jump into team leadership. I want to focus more on people and less on hands-on code writing. There's no greater satisfaction than helping people grow and realize their potential. Able to drive impactful solutions and foster high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals.
I've barely been at EY for a handful of months but I've been getting more managerial responsibility, which I have enjoyed a lot.
The reason for seeking away is simply because, this is still mostly a coding role but I would like to take the next step in my career. Whilst EY are very accommodative to those ambitions, they'd like to keep me mostly coding throughout 2025.
