On this High purity mechanical install project I was subbed into Jones Engineering and had to deal with other sub contractors on my team (20people) my job was the following

• Set team assignments, review the work and set schedules to maintain the progress asked from the Jones management
• Reported on work progress to manager and incorporated feedback to maintain tight schedules.
• Developed strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.

On this project for MCM i looked after all of our employees subbed into Dornan Engineering and the progress of the job.

• I over saw and planed the mechanical install in both mechanical plantrooms for chilled and mains water and the drainage for the 4 data halls for our MCM sub contractor team (40 people) to Dornan engineering
• I also had to take care of all flights, rental cars and accommodation for all MCM employees on the project
• reporting back weekly to MCM with the progress and what pipework was installed so the scope can be claimed .

On this Data center project subbed into Jones Engineering I was supervising the pipework install in the FSA area and also the chilled and heating pipework from Both plantrooms

• I looked after the pipe install with a crew of 10
• I looked after the testing air and hydro

On this Sea Water Intake projects (one of my Favorite) I supervised the Chilled , Heating and Sea water Pipe work install for Jones Engineering.

• planned and supervised the install with the MCM Team
• Took care of list of materials needed
• dealt with the client and vendor to a insure a good install

I supervised a snag team to close out any open Mechanical snags to get the Project signed over to the client From Jones Engineering

With my crew we installed the HDPE pipework to connect to multiple AHU´s. My roles were

• lead my team in quality and safety
• look after the paperwork and permits
• make sure the material and pipe spools were there for my crew
• and look after in install to make sure its done correct to isos and p&id´s

After I passed my apprenticeship i worked as a pipefitter for many years until i became a crew lead .

I worked on many project Buckingham Data centres LPP,GRQ,GBL over those years

over these projects I dealt with Different Types ,specs and sizes of pipework including Carbon , Stainless, Victaulic and Plastic. I Dealt with a lot of different Cooling And Heating units Fan coils , AHU´s , Mambas , Jackals , Hyenas

I also became coded in welding carbon and stainless , and went to GFs main building to learn how to plastic weld in both hydraulic and electrofusion

Over the coarse of my Apprenticeship i worked with some of the best pipe fitters iv seen , So i was lucky to learn so much . I learned things from being respectful in the work place to cleaning floors all the way to fitting pipe with precision, reading Drawing´s, understanding P&ids and welding pipework

i worked in multiple places like coca cola , Pfizer , Locktite, Mclaren Data in London and Project Buckingham in Finland . But where i started off was the MCM Engineering workshop in Carlow Ireland

In the apprenticeship i went to 3 stages of colleges phase 2 Phase 4 and Phase 6 where i learned a lot about Industrial and domestic plumbing both theory and practical
