• Responsible for heading the Assembly 3.0 department with 150 employees, and 10 direct reports ( 8 Associate Managers, 1 Senior Specialist, and 1 Assistant).
• Ensure the fulfillment of the annual production agreement as well as the release of products on time and with a high level of quality. Simultaneously, I ensure a safe and engaging work environment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term objectives for the company.
• Responsible for managing staff, financials, and key performance indicators to facilitate business operations.
• Responsible for managing a portfolio of projects that are of extreme importance to the business like new product launches ( Icodec, Ozempic, Wegovy) SCC, TFC, product conversion, and PAS-X by creating detailed plans outlining timelines, goals, budgets, staffing needs, and other requirements for projects.
• Establish relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms for materials or services.
• Create effective business plans to focus strategic decisions on long-term objectives.
• Negotiate agreements with external partners such as contractors or consultants.
• Coordinate resources across departments to maximize productivity levels and the ramp-up of production lines after projects.
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences to provide solutions.
• Encourage and support process improvement and production line enhancements, bringing benefits such as deviation reduction and increased performance.
• Actively participate in steering project groups to challenge and support gate approvals, as well as to challenge resources, costs, timeline, benefits, and learnings.

• Responsible for heading three production departments (Flexpen Assembly, Packaging, and Penfill Packaging).
• Direct cost reduction and process improvements to enhance workflows and productivity.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Responsible for implementing various projects as the Project Owner, such as the Case Packer, Serialization, Pas-x, New Labeler, Renovation of the FP building, and New Insulins.
• Create a plan for line ramp-up after projects to restore performance and ensure compliance, as well as to provide employee training and vendor support.
• Lead process improvement and promot innovation and lean thinking, resulting in deviation reduction and improved performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operations and create a safe and engaging environment.
