• Enforce strict EHS compliance, embedding a Zero Harm culture across all activities.
• Maintain Siemens quality standards through continuous inspections and reporting.
• Act as the primary interface between site management, commissioning teams, and clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing turbine performance.
• Train, mentor, and support multinational teams to ensure safe and effective execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Coordinate resources effectively to meet critical project milestones.

Responsibilities:

• Supervised tower pre-assembly and pre-installation works on multiple international offshore projects.
• Coordinated daily activities with site and project management to align progress.
• Led teams of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Conducted site inductions and safety briefings for new personnel.
• Participated in planning, logistics, and lifting operations.
• Maintained documentation, site reporting, and compliance with QA/EHS systems.
