My key responsibilities to deliver on this include:

- Optimization of processes (Granting Retail, Private, Corporate Credit and management of checkbook orders)
- Implementation of SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Coordination of mystery investigations within agencies;
- Monitoring customer complaints and requests;
- Implementation of a commercial welcome guide.

• In charge of relations with internal and external partners, manage contracts, Debt Recovery, Interface/liaison with both departments sales, marketing and technical for a better follow-up on anomalies and customer complaints.
• Consolidate and report daily interconnection traffic using dashboards

• Purchase planning and management, Implementation of a purchase contract integrating logistics and quality constraints, Stock management of refills and SIM CARD, Management of stores and depot, Logistics management (shipping, distribution, fuel on site ...), Management of imports and exports

• Realization of audit missions, Drafting of new procedures and monitoring their application

• Evaluation of internal control and follow-up of recommendations from annual audits, Participate in the deployment of the Quality Management System certification (ISO 9001 vers 2008)
