As the Head of Software Engineering Competence Center at Ørsted (People & Competence Manager), I lead a team of 25+ IT professionals in the software engineering capability area. My mission is to ensure that we have the right talents with the right capabilities and mindset to cover the delivery teams' needs. I am responsible for people development, motivation & engagement, recruitment and hiring of talents, onboarding, and contracting external consultants to cover temporary capability needs. I have over 10 years of experience in HR management, including roles as an HR Operations Manager at MoneyGram International and an HR Manager at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (office in Moldova). I hold a PHRi certification from HRCI and a Master's degree in Computer Science and Applied Foreign Languages from Technical University of Moldova.
