• Advised on establishment, restructuring, contract drafting, transactions, and dispute mitigation for Danish and international clients.

• Prepared corporate and competition law memos, including those related to renewable energy.
• Drafted corporate legal documents, including memorandum of associations, shareholder agreements, etc.

• Assisted in some of Denmark's largest money laundering cases, including the Britta Nielsen case and the dividend tax fraud case (in Danish "Udbytte-sagen").
