• Involved in planning and executing several events of different natures, as well as the general direction of DSS.
• DSS is an association at Campus Fuglesangs Allé, Aarhus University. Through presentations and debates concerning the impact of economic theory on society, we seek to raise the level of pluralism and critical thinking of economic theory in the students at Aarhus BSS.
• Winner of the Event of the Year Award 2025 for organizing “Emma Holten - Economics from a Feminist Perspective".

In the Business Support, Commercial, and Legal Team, I provide insight into the commercial part of a tender or contract (contract management tasks), where I have especially focused on insurance coverage and policies. I also provide assistance to the Senior Commercial Manager and the Contract Managers, as well as the legal team.

In Project Team Airport, I provide assistance in budgeting, operations, and offer insight into the usability of AI in the team.

Key Achievements:

• Discovered a crucial part in an insurance policy that led to high risk. Helped remedy the policy afterwards.
• Managed stakeholders that include CEO’s and CFO’s in BEUMER Group Companies worldwide to recover contract information, insurance coverage and potential risks. Where risks were potentially significant, I worked with the Senior Commercial Manager, CEO/CFO of relevant Group Company and / or the Contract Manager and BEUMER's head insurance provider to close the risk.
• Developed a new and improved tool for use by BEUMER and its subcontractors for logging hours. The tool improved usability, compliance and automation.

• Reported directly to the Director of Business Performance Improvement.
• Worked on business plans for new products, updated branch contracts internally, prepared for the new COP and CSRD standards, and wrote guidelines for internal use, among other tasks.
• Developed the technical aspects of a new contract compliance tool for internal use.
• A part of a small team developing new internal auditing guidelines, and planning workshops for stakeholders.

• Managed a restaurant with over 150 seats in the absence of the owners.

• Demokratour was a student-driven organization seeking to involve the youth in democracy by planning and executing events like a debate between all of the parties in "folketinget," or events focusing on specific topics such as mental health, where we would involve experts, personal anecdotes, and lawmakers.
• I was a part of most functions, such as venue arrangements, funding, long-term planning, reaching out to people of interest, etc.

• Assisted students during study-cafes, particually in International Economics, Math and Marketing Management.
• Taught "brobyggere" during their visit.

• Actively welcomed new students and represented the school at events such as President Obamas appearance in Aalborg.
