  • Designed MEL system for the Danish Disability Fund capturing the role of DPOD as Fund manager as well as results of projects supported through the Danish Disability Fund (DDF) and DPODs own partnerships.
  • Provided advice on all types of applications to the DDF ranging from projects of 200.000 DKK to programs of close to 50 mill. DKK and acted as teamleader for the advisory team.
  • In charge of capacity building related to the DDF including conducting numerous after work meetings, seminars, learning workshops and week long trainings for Danish- and South partners.
  • Develop TOR and ensure quality control of organisational capacity assessments of member organisations.
  • Ensure donor compliance and write annual Results Report to the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
