* Participating in updating risk assessment regularly based on occurring events
* Conducting spot checks and internal emergency drills
* Updating KPI's annually to meet company yearly objectives

* Analysing KPI's results and recommending improvement actions to be taken

* Follow-up on execution of planned operational activities

* Follow up on maintenance schedules and fleet availability

* Initiating fleet maintenance work orders and making sure of completing them on time

* Ensuring compliance to client requirements and applicable rules and regulations
* Identifying and prompt resolving of problems by close cooperation with internal or external parties
* Motivates and trains personnel on QHSSE norms and regulations,

* Participating in field audits/accident investigations
* Follow up on any changes in local regulations and/or client's rules and procedures
* Participate in preparation of KPIs data and driver's assessments
