I genuinely love building things; especially when it comes to people, teams, and culture!

I started out in Talent Acquisition and helped scale global teams, but over time my role naturally expanded to cover the full People & Culture spectrum. Today, I sit in a broad role where I’m responsible for everything from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, retention, and career development.

I thrive in environments where there’s room to make a real impact. I’m hands-on, data-driven, and always ready to challenge “how we’ve always done it.” Whether it’s building a tech stack to support hiring, defining meaningful metrics, or shaping people strategies that actually stick, I’m in my element when I’m solving problems, streamlining processes, and creating the conditions for people to do their best work.

What drives me most is seeing people succeed. Whether it’s someone I’ve hired growing into a new role or helping my own team thrive, I find real joy in that. Career development and L&D are core to how I approach retention, and I believe culture isn’t something you define once but rather something you work on every single day as a team.

Over the years, I’ve partnered closely with leadership and C-level across strategic people decisions and complex cultural challenges. I’ve led successful culture turnarounds, helped shape EVP and engagement strategies, and acted as a trusted sounding board when it matters most.

Head of TA & P&C

Conference Manager

As the first person in a newly established, cross-functional role at Conference Manager, a Danish SaaS scale up, I am responsible for building and driving the entire Talent Acquisition and People & Culture function from the ground up. My work spans strategic development, operational execution, and organizational partnership.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Defining and implementing recruitment, onboarding, career development and retention strategies
  • Rolling out our EVP and employee engagement initiatives
  • Implementing a tech stack to support scalable and efficient hiring
  • Defining and tracking relevant KPIs and OKRs
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the management team, including the CEO and CCO, on diverse and complex People & Culture matters
  • Building and nurturing a strong, values-driven culture across the organization




Recruitment & Onboarding Team Lead

As part of the People & Culture leadership team at Falck, I was responsible for leading a small but dedicated team and driving strategic and operational improvements across recruitment and onboarding.


Key responsibilities included:


  • Leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding operations for key roles across functions.
  • Defining and implementing updated recruitment best practices and streamlined processes.
  • Successfully hired several business-critical profiles and received consistently positive feedback from key senior stakeholders.




Talent Acquisition Team Lead, Nordics & Baltics

Led a team of 7 TA Partners to scale Wolt's country teams across Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania.


Responsibilities included:


  • Drove hiring strategy and execution across 7 countries, partnering with senior leadership and local teams.
  • Spearheaded talent innovation and process optimization initiatives, improving efficiency and quality of hires.
  • Contributed to cross-functional initiatives enhancing global TA best practices and collaboration.




Talent Operations Partner

Tasked with scaling Wolt’s Talent Acquisition operations from scratch through tech enablement to support the hypergrowth.


Responsibilities included:


  • Researching, piloting, and implementing a new TA tech stack (ATS, video recruitment, candidate experience survey).
  • Rolled out new tools across 23 countries, enabling scalable and data-driven recruitment.
  • Defined metrics and set up reporting capabilities and process consistency across global teams.




Talent Acquisition Partner (Japan Expansion)

Played a key role in launching Wolt in Japan by owning all recruitment activities and building the team from scratch.


Responsibilities included:


  • Managing full-cycle recruitment for critical roles in a new market

Joined Wolt as the second Recruiter and hired to take ownership of building country teams from scratch in multiple countries, supporting Wolt's rapid international expansion.


Responsibilities included:


  • Build up teams from scratch in new markets including Denmark, Norway, Balkans, Greece, Malta and Japan.
  • Led end-to-end recruitment processes and played a key part in developing the TA strategy and scalable hiring during early-stage growth.
