I started out in Talent Acquisition and helped scale global teams, but over time my role naturally expanded to cover the full People & Culture spectrum. Today, I sit in a broad role where I’m responsible for everything from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, retention, and career development.
I thrive in environments where there’s room to make a real impact. I’m hands-on, data-driven, and always ready to challenge “how we’ve always done it.” Whether it’s building a tech stack to support hiring, defining meaningful metrics, or shaping people strategies that actually stick, I’m in my element when I’m solving problems, streamlining processes, and creating the conditions for people to do their best work.
What drives me most is seeing people succeed. Whether it’s someone I’ve hired growing into a new role or helping my own team thrive, I find real joy in that. Career development and L&D are core to how I approach retention, and I believe culture isn’t something you define once but rather something you work on every single day as a team.
Over the years, I’ve partnered closely with leadership and C-level across strategic people decisions and complex cultural challenges. I’ve led successful culture turnarounds, helped shape EVP and engagement strategies, and acted as a trusted sounding board when it matters most.

As the first person in a newly established, cross-functional role at Conference Manager, a Danish SaaS scale up, I am responsible for building and driving the entire Talent Acquisition and People & Culture function from the ground up.
