I have 20 years of experience in cooking, kitchen operations & management. Another 12 years in tourism organizations. Service sector and culinary arts are the main subjects that I am passionate with. My self-motivation is making people happy by having a high level of attention to the details.

Last 7 years with my company Chefoncall, in Denmark I have developed good understanding of working with international companies. These multinational environments help me to expand & develop my culinary skills.
