Mr. Goncharov started business career in 2012 as sales manager in logistic company LLC “World of Logistics” in a port city St. Petersburg, Russia. Response for road, sea, freight transportation worldwide, export, import, project cargo and oversized load logistics etc.
After that in April 2013 received an invitation from a logistic company LLC “Frigate” in Moscow, Russia, then started work as Head of sales department at “Frigate”. Heavy transport of oversized and project cargo in Russia and CIS.
In November 2013 in Moscow, Russia started a new project cargo logistic company LLC “TISA” as co-founder and CEO. The company specialized in project cargo transportation, heavy transport by road, river, sea, ocean in CIS countries, Russia, Asia, Europe. LLC “TISA” has its own heavy transport fleet to transport 200 tons.
In December 2021 Mr. Goncharov moved to Tallinn, Estonia (port city) and opened a logistic company “TISAEST “as co-founder and CEO.
In April 2022 after the meeting with Mr. Paw Kristensen (CEO of 3PL GROUP) in Tallinn Mr. Goncharov decided to apply an offer of 3p logistics OU (branch office of Scandinavian company 3p logistics/3PL GROUP with headquarters in Denmark) to start in Tallinn, Estonia as Global project manager.
In 2023 continued work in Lithuanian branch office and doing a lot of business and projects in Denmark, Poland, Baltics, Scandinavia, Central Europe, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, projects from China to Sweden, projects from Latvia to the USA, Houston, Texas etc.
The Houston, TX is the world capital of international project cargo shipments, huge mega port and great area with heavy industries, factories, etc. and work there is the final logical step in career, skills and experience.
