Site lead/supervising and coordinate for

- Commissioning team (trouble shouting , fault finding , exchanging components )

- Local and traveling service team (yearly inspection , weekly maintenance and trouble shouting , major components exchange)

- Organizing external blate repair teams

- Coordinating multiple green teams and subcontractors

- Supervising site activity and coordinating the logistic coordinators department , quality department and technical field advisors department.

- Daily basis activates such as tool box , ordering parts , HES related issue ,client meetings , project meetings, etc

• Monitoring labor, materials, equipment, cars, fuel consumption, consumables on site, hotel reservations
• Manage the transportation and warehouse on site and interact with office-based personnel with regards to material management
• Manage the documentation, site database and site server
• Manage and control HSE database of all personnel on site in cooperation with HSE
• Support the Site Manager in local purchases/consumables supply
• Supervising on-site construction work, responsible for the work content & timetable for specific tasks on site
• Supervising 5 teams (6 tech each).

• Installation of all sections, bolts tightening mechanical work, cable work and finishing jobs, installation of service lift and preparing for Qi.

• Climbed wind turbine towers to inspect, troubleshoot and repair turbine equipment.
• Promoted continuous improvement within the team by sharing experiences, lessons learned, and proposing process enhancements during regular meetings or training sessions.

• Carry out daily activities, assume personal responsibility for safety and the environment, perform deck maintenance and cleaning as directed by supervisor, assist the Technical Department with tank inspection and stand-by attendant.

• Procurement, Purchasing, maintaining relationships with suppliers of goods, services and service organization based commercial department of 'cost efficiency', in order to optimize the activity of supply/delivery of merchandise to departments/sections involved.

• Checking goods quality, quantity and selling (all goods), supervision of team work, identifying problems in the logistics and resources management.
