• Liaise with Group Lead for the production target for the week.
• Management of people on the shop floor.
• Team leader responsible for organizing the material supply and solving problems on the shop floor.
• Training and establishing standard work activities for the new employees.
• Responsible for HSE activities (Safety KPIs), ensure the team has the full PPE and PFPE equipment to work.
• Monitor the team's performance and check they perform the task correctly, using the correct ZWI and following the PPE plan.
• Liaise with the QC dept for blade checks and follow faults and repairs to completion.
• Management of Takt time and Cycle time according to Production timeline (KPI).
• Production Control System (for the Blades) uses PRISMA to record data and coach the team, and record data sending daily progress reports to the other team leaders and group leaders.
• Logistic process for chemical material and fiber carbon and fiberglass.
• Incoming Inspection for fiber carbon and fiberglass.
• Warehouse organization working with traceability and FIFO.
• Responsible for Inventory of materials in the warehouse.
