  • Manager of the Culture Collection department (9 FTE), which are responsible for delivering molecular biology solutions for Chr. Hansens largest business segment, food, and curating the Chr. Hansen Culture Collection.
  • Resource allocation and people development
  • Stakeholder management both within R&D but also across the whole value-chain

Achievements

  • Implemented a customer centric structure to deliver on Technical Service Requests.
  • Implemented new- and reduced cost on existing technologies, to ensure a agile, innovative and cost-efficient approach for the departments services.
  • The department was created following a re-organization in R&D, introducing team members from different areas. Managed to create a high team sprite, trust and a elevated scientific level by combining the new team members strengths.
