  • Deployed at a team in the department of “Development and Business Services” to whom working agile and a product mindset were relatively new to the team. During that process, as the team’s Scrum Master I challenged the status quo in the team and managed to build up trusted based personal relationship with the members of the team and the collaboration enhanced strongly improving efficiency of the team’s results. During this process, I really learned the importance of being able to approach each member of the team individually to respect and accommodate each person’s personality and abilities, which has demonstrated to be key to have the team succeed together, especially, during the time of Covid-19 where there were very little personal interaction.
