- Recruitment, onboarding, talent development, employer branding and planning of career activities, company visits, etc.
In my project employment as HR Consultant I advised and helped the management with organizational development, change communication and recruitment:
- Recruitment and search: Job analysis, preparation of job advertisements, screening and interview and selection of candidates.
- HR and organizational development: Development and implementation of e.g. personnel handbook, onboarding plan and employee survey.
- Change and crisis communication: Advice and help in connection with moving the secretariat, including exit interviews.
