My position name has always been “Sales”, but I do not do sales. To be honest, I will not sell the snow in winter or I will not find the customer as a special dog finds truffle. Because it is about pressure and one time contact. Whereas I want to build true long term relationship.
My job and my passion is to communicate to people. And I love it. And people also love it.
I love bread baking.
I do it with sourdough using only flour and water, so it´s a long process which requires knowledge, experience and intuition to work side by side. To achieve the result you have to be the one with all the bread microflora, to sense them all. And in the end I will have bread made with love and part of the soul. And it´s incredibly tasty. And also healthy.
