SECRETARY/ADMIN OFFICER

  • Directly reports to the Hospital Executive Director.
  • Preparing, consolidating and sending daily reports to the Managing Director & CEO.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences for the management, staff and notifies interest parties and make travel reservations or booking if needed.
  • Updates management on status of the issues before scheduling the meeting.
  • Takes message, schedule appointment for the Hospital Executive Director and provide information to callers requiring knowledge of the hospital, policies and procedure.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks and performing special task as assigned by the management both inside and outside the hospital.
  • Route correspondence to other departments to reply.
  • Determine needed orders, equipment, repairs and following-up all maintenance and biomedical request as requested by the concerned department.
  • Process all incoming correspondence such regular mail, courier envelops, faxes, emails, telephone calls which are addressed to the appropriate personnel and where the action is required and ensuring that these re acted upon in an efficient and productive manner.
  • Establishing and maintaining office files, logs, indexes, control records or other information concerning the work under the supervisor's control.
  • Updating and renewing hospital annual contracts

LICENSING OFFICER

  • Handle the entire DOH/MOH/DHA process including Health Professional licensing, Credentialing, Facility licensing and examination.
  • Develop and maintain solid relation within the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Northern Emirates
  • Interpret, assist and advise applicants regarding Dataflow and DOH/ MOH/ DHA requirements within the specified guidelines
  • Cancellation, Re-registration & Renewal of License of current staff, submitting documents prior to expiry date
  • Dealing with candidate queries
  • Supporting managers in recruitment process by verifying DOH/ MOH/DHA requirement of applicants.

HUMAN RESOURCE

  • Managing the recruitment process for medical staff such as doctors, nurses, medical technicians and administrative personnel.
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, including licensing requirement and other industry standards.
