Assa Abloy Opening Solutions, formerly Ruko A/S, is a market leader in lock and components regarding security. My daily responsibilities are the following:

  • Sales & cost controlling
  • Monthly reporting on everything that has to do with pricing
  • Overall responsibility of calculating the consequence of new trade agreements
  • Liaison with sales to position products correctly
  • Be the general go-to person for pricing strategy, discount models and pricing analysis.
  • Responsible for Business cases regarding strategy work.
  • Ensuring that all pricing and contracts are complaint with local legislation, due to AAOS DK is regarded a significant distributer in the mechanical segment of the business.

Tetris A/S is a Copenhagen-based property developer and construction company.

In the summer of 2022, I was headhunted back to the company to solve various tasks around data, management reporting, project controlling, and business intelligence. These are some of the things I made and implemented in the short time I was there:

  • Rebuild their Excel model for project calculations, to increase data transparency and make tracking changes visible.
  • Helped the financial analyst to create more robust models.
  • Participated in a project to find the long-term value of the company.
  • Was the general go-to person build tools and models in Excel

Due to complications in the economy and restructuring of the company, 20 % of the employees were fired, which also affected my role.

Tetris A/S has since been closed and the construction firm carved out.

Power BI Consultant

Kemp & Lauritzen is one of Denmark's leading technical contractors. I was hired in connection with Kemp & Lauritzen restarting their BI project with a focus on the cloud and a "Microsoft first" strategy. In this project, I was responsible for the following tasks.

  • Responsible for the development of front-end reporting in Power BI.
  • Development of a uniform visual identity for all BI at Kemp & Lauritzen.
  • Facilitating workshops with business units about wishes and requirements for BI.

In addition, I had parallel projects where I was responsible for the following:

  • Reconstruction of calculation tool in excel.
  • Mapping of master data.
  • Ad hoc analysis to accommodate business controlling.

As a Financial Analyst (From 01-08-2020), my tasks were:

  • Overall responsibility for reporting to the Investment and Risk Committee, the Board of Directors, the bank, the department heads, and the Executive Board.

  • Building an Excel model to estimate target group size using GIS and demographic data.
  • Structure of reporting to the Investments and Risk Committee.
  • Market analysis.
  • Construction of a benchmark tool to create an overview of how sites for new projects was compared to other in the same area
  • Ad hoc data analysis for management and the executive board.

IT-Process Analyst

As an IT process analyst, my core task was to assist the CFO in ensuring that Lindpro's central business processes were supported in the MT Højgaard group's digitization project, The Digital Foundation. Central tasks were the following:

  • Part of ERP project, according to design, development and testing of chosen ERP. Was mainly involved in enterprise management and procurement.
  • Stakeholder management, reporting in the steering group.
  • Test of the developed solution with a focus on whether Lindpro End-2-End processes were supported.
  • Master data analysis and data integration. (Lindpro A/S has subsequently been acquired by Kemp & Lauritzen)

Before and after my role as a IT-process analyst at Lindpro, i had a student position in Purchasing.

Retail Experience Specialist for Sonos

Managing and optimizing the designated retail territory effectively to ensure that assigned projects and tasks are completed thoroughly and within agreed timelines

  • Liaise with all designated retail stores to develop and maintain close relationships.
  • Organizing training sessions and events to promote the SONOS brand.
  • Provide retail staff members with the necessary knowledge and tools to sell and recommend SONOS to the end user.
  • Installation of point of sale (POS) and marketing material.
  • Acting as the SONOS brand ambassador in the field

Sonos terminated their contract with Bradiators and reduced the retail division to 1 person in house, due to the closing of Fona in DK.
