From my work experience i have developed a strong foundation in customer service and daily operations within a busy retail environment. I have learned how handle checkout responsibilities and efficient stock replenishment, but also how to adapt quickly to different situations and customer needs. I take pride in offering help and going the extra mile for both customers and colleagues.
I have gained a deeper understanding of responsibility and reliability in a more personal setting.
Additionally, working at Tante Olga, a nightclub, has made me comfortable with night shifts and high-volume environments. I’m used to working effectively in loud, fast-paced settings while maintaining a friendly and service-minded attitude toward guests.
As a barback at the bar/nightclub Tante Olga, I am responsible for ensuring that the venue remains clean, welcoming, and ready for guests throughout the evening. My tasks include collecting used glassware from guests' tables and bringing them to the kitchen for cleaning, as well as restocking clean glasses and cups in the bars. I handle spills and broken items quickly and efficiently, and I make sure that the restroom areas are consistently supplied and clean. Additionally, I actively contribute to the positive atmosphere with a friendly and approachable attitude toward both guests and colleagues. At closing time, I take part in the final cleaning, which includes wiping down tables, cleaning sinks and toilets, as well as sweeping and mopping the floors.
At Netto, my work was primarily focused on customer service at the checkout, where I contributed to a friendly and efficient service. This included handling cash payments and using POS systems, as well as ensuring a quick checkout process to minimize queues.
In addition to customer service, I was also responsible for restocking shelves. I made sure that the store's shelves were always well-stocked and inviting. Cleaning and general maintenance of the store were also part of my responsibilities, contributing to a clean and welcoming shopping environment for customers.
The tasks included emptying and refilling trash bins, as well as tidying up the staff room. The most important part of the job was delivering medication to elderly individuals who were unable to collect it themselves. This involved cycling to their address and handing over the package with a smile.
The job involved a mix of customer service and practical tasks. In addition to assisting customers with a friendly attitude, my responsibilities included cleaning the restroom, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and restocking candy bins, dusting surfaces, and more. During evening shifts, I was also responsible for turning off specific electronic devices, closing windows, and securely locking the store.
As I worked alone on my shifts, I maintained full responsibility for the shop, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that the store was clean, safe, and welcoming for customers.
As a dog walker, I was responsible for refilling food and water bowls before each outing, followed by daily walks lasting at least 30 minutes, often through forested areas. I ensured the dog’s safety at all times by avoiding traffic, wildlife, and interactions with other dogs or dog walkers. I also adhered to local cleanliness standards by picking up after the dog. The role required attentiveness, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility, which helped build trust with both the dog and its owner.
I was responsible for organizing newspapers and magazines and delivering them accurately to designated addresses.
I am highly people-oriented and genuinely enjoy meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. In my free time, I enjoy staying active through exercise and spending time with friends and friends.
