Perform Variety of repairing works for Container module. Preparing and set up new Module. Sweeps, scrubs, mops, strips, waxes, and polishes floors; vacuums, shampoos, and spot cleans rugs
and other work areas. Performs a variety of routine maintenance and repairs; replaces light bulbs; repairs, adjusts, and replaces parts, components, and fixtures; removes graffiti; patches holes; and paints. Performs related duties as assigned.
Supervise and monitor day to day office work. Drafting all kinds of Official Notice / Circular, Show Cause Letter, Investigation / Observation Report, Posting, Transfer Letter, Increment, Promotion, Separation, Confirmation related work etc. Maintenance of office Support & driver & Ensure office security, office cleanliness, gardening and follow up accordingly. Facilitate to arrange internal events, arrange & coordinate all kinds of official meeting. Prepare Monthly Attendance, Food Allowance & OT report. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Keep the record of employee daily attendance, security attendance. Maintain Office Staff according to rules and regulations.
