As an R&D Lead at Scandinavian Biolabs, I am dedicated to driving the development of cosmeceutical products that meet customer needs and uphold our commitment to innovation, quality, and scientific integrity.

My contributions at GNA Biosolutions have encompassed assay development, production of PCA reaction plates, assay refinement, error analysis, optimization, and quality control. Through these responsibilities, I have gained valuable experience in the biotech industry and have contributed to the success of the company's in vitro diagnostic devices.

As a Student Research Assistant, my main responsibility were to assist with experiments related to Drug Delivery Research at Ludwig-Maximilians-University and duties around maintaining GLP standards throughout the different facilities. This involved working closely with other students, phDs, Post-Docs and Professors, to conduct experiments, collect and store data, and analyze results. This provided me hands-on experience in drug delivery research and GLP.

During my work experience in a blood laboratory, I gained valuable skills in the preparation, analysis, and disposal of human blood and plasma samples. I became proficient in handling these samples using automated laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy. Following protocols and procedures, I contributed to the accurate analysis of blood and plasma samples. Additionally, I learned how to properly dispose of biohazardous waste in compliance with safety regulations. This experience allowed me to develop strong technical skills and a comprehensive understanding of laboratory processes.
