• Lead daily cultivation operations across all GACP (Good Agricultural and Collection Practice) areas, including propagation, vegetation, flowering, harvest, and plant waste management.
• Manage and train production operators to ensure strict adherence to SOPs and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Production and Production Manager to achieve cultivation goals aligned with budget and production plans.
• Maintain consistent product quality while optimizing potency, yield, staffing efficiency, bio-burden, and cost per gram.
• Oversee plant health, ensuring optimal lighting, irrigation, nutrition, pruning, and pest/disease control.
• Optimize climate control systems and manage cultivation inventory and supplies.
• Review cultivation batch records (CBRs) and support continuous improvement of cultivation SOPs.
• Ensure compliant handling, labeling, tagging, and traceability of all plants, including proper transfer of euphoric substances.
• Support the integrated pest management (IPM) program and identify opportunities for operational improvement across harvests.

• Working on establishing the production at the innovative automated salad project.
• In charge of the greenhouse, plant growth, process optimization and staff management.
• Handling automated systems, software and managing machinery.

• Leading all aspects of the daily production.
