I have worked as a teacher for about 28 years and I am ready to start a new career in GIS and geoscience. In my master programme, I have learned to collect data, process, analyze and visualize it and generate new information. I am very meticulous and diligent in my profession.
-Creating a good learning environment with different learning styles for students with different needs e.g. students within the autism spectrum who need a confined space and ADHD students who need shorter periods. Being supportive to the students and give them a motivation to learn.
-Supporting the students to access the different platforms e.g. MS Office365, e-books etc.
-Instructing the colleagues in the use of Teams, OneNote and Excel.
-Promoting a strong team spirit and a good atmosphere and include all the members talents as they are essential to reach a good solution or product. Organized team-building courses for both colleagues and students e.g. a so-called "FGU Run".
-Established good relationships with student and parents and created projects such as a water cleaning systems and a model of a water cycle ecosystem.
-Established a good relationship to colleagues, teachers, students and administrators and facilitated their workplace. Stripped and waxed the floors during the school summer break and cleaned the outdoor spaces for snow in the winter time using machines.
-Established good relationships with students and teachers and being supportive to students with academic and mental challenges.
-Taught social studies, physical education and math and typing.
-Planned and conducted training program for kindergarten and 1st grade students and built relations to their parents and the community.
