Among many others, my daily tasks included a creation of sales dialogues and booking appointments for potential new B2B customers as well as Public institutions, including municipalities, schools, further education institutions and Ministries over the phone, holding sales meetings / presentations (via Teams or Zoom). Prepared offers and contracts in Sales force, follow-ups and closure of offers, Customer Retention, a daily dialogue and sparring with the team and the rest of the organization.
