- I am responsible for designing solutions for B2C order management, Global Inventory Visibility, Reverse Logistics and customer care solutions.
- Mentored and coached entry-level and junior engineers to improve talent and boost skill levels.
- Have designed the end to end solution for engraving feature, starting from inventory management, order orchestration and fulfilment through WMS, which is one of the biggest contributor to company revenue across North America and Europe region.
- Have architected the digital transformation of the reverse logistics and exchange order fulfilment for Pandora Europe region and now the same solution is being adopted for its impact on data visibility and smooth end user experience.
- Working on modernising the data exchange platform for Pandora especially in the order management and warehouse system by launching event based communication and single platform for all data exchange.

- Lead the omni channel transformation journey for John Lewis with a team of 12 engineers.
- Designed the entire order management system to replace the legacy applications and to cater order from multiple channels like online, POS and call centre.
- Designed the reverse logistics fulfilment solution and exchange order management solution which handles more than 100K transactions with ease.
- Designed and built payment processing solution within John Lewis interfacing with multiple payment providers like PayPal, Barclays etc, which processes approximately 3 million transactions daily without any major issues.
- Built financial posting system from scratch for the company sales and deferred incomes report which is being used by merchandising team and has been hugely appreciated.

- Presented roadmap and technology infrastructure to customers, demonstrating deep familiarity with APIs, platform infrastructure, security and integration capabilities.
- Implemented multiple end-to-end full life cycle for order management, inventory Visibility, web-store UI and call centre UI applications.
- Built customer order promising engine involving 1200 stores and 10 warehouse to fulfils orders in taking quickest and cost effective fulfilment locations to meet customer demand in time. The solution I have designed, has improved the performance ten folds over the pre-existing solution.
- Developed inventory availability and order promise engine which handles 9million SKU updates and transmissions without any major performance reported till date.
