As the Information Officer Pharmacist, my main responsibility was to ensure that the knowledge of pharmaceutical technicians and pharmacists was up-to-date with the latest pharmacy-exclusive products, particularly but not limited to medications. Additionally, I collaborated with the Quality Officer to develop instructions and action plans for drug recalls.

Launch of a new branch in collaboration with the pharmacist and Nørrebro Pharmacy’s management, including:

• Scheduling and shift planning
• Evaluation and optimization of staffing
• Medication dispensing and prescription handling
• Conducting audits
• Implementation of procedures developed by corporate management and responsible parties
• Regular narcotic inventory control
• Inventory optimization and stock assessment.

• Conducted medication reviews for polypharmacy patients by interviewing patients admitted to the psychiatric emergency department and open and closed wards at Psychiatric Center Ballerup.
• Compiled medication histories for relevant patients.
• Provided support and consultation to doctors during daily conferences.
• Responded to inquiries from doctors, psychologists, nurses, and healthcare assistants regarding pharmacological and compliance-related questions.
