One of the best therapies i know is cooking. It relaxes me and i genuinely enjoy sharing my food with friends and family.

My love for books started in my early years in Boarding school. It was a way for me to escape the reality sometimes and let my mind travel.

My second favorite therapy is writing. It is the best way to express your thoughts without any judgement.

Traveling taught me a lot about other cultures, exploring foreign countries and getting to communicate in their own languages. Beautiful way to connect with people right away.

I cherish the special moments when i can take half an hour to relax my body and mind both at the same time.

Music is just great for the soul. So i always enjoy listening to it whenever i can.
