As a Launch Team Process instructor, I am use to wearing a lot of different caps.

My main focus is the training of new employees, both to train them in the assembly process, but also the use of tools on the production line.

And of cause the registration hereof.

My other tasks have e.g. been confirmation of processes, documentation, tools, layout of the production line, build plan and sequence and also to contribute to the making of a temporary LMS system for the project.

Roadside assistance in almost every way possible with the exception of big vehicles.

Delivering high quality customer support on the spot, with an always positive attitude and a smiling face for the customer.

Problem solving on the spot, as no situation is quite the same.

Production worker on the production line, with a few extra caps on.

I was the 5S ambassador, prerequisite work responsible and process trainer.

The last six months of my time in the area i also took on the role as foreman for the work area.

Car mechanic for an authorized dealership, delivering high standards of repairs to the costumers.

Assisting the technicians in the troubleshooting of different issues on the car.
