I have significantly contributed to the theoretical and agrobiological foundations of sustainable seed production and grain farming in Ukraine. As the author and co-author of 172 publications, including 20 monographs, 3 textbooks, and numerous patents and articles, my work is well-recognized. I serve as the Deputy Chief Editor of a professional agricultural publication and supervise several PhD candidates. My achievements have earned me industry and state awards, including the Honorary Diploma of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the State Prize in Science and Technology of Ukraine and I was named a Corresponding Member of NAAS (2022). I am highly regarded within the scientific community and the agro-industrial sector.

- Developed new genetic and biotechnological plant breeding methods; intensified forage production; created competitive crop varieties and hybrids; implemented modern agricultural and low-carbon technologies; and formulated compound feed and premixes.
- Initiated the "Cross-Border Network for Innovative Agriculture" with Moldova and Romania, establishing the "Dniester" agro-cluster, and participated in the "AgroVin" agro-cluster.
- Co-led State Scientific Programs "Feed Resources," "Feed and Feed Protein," and "Feed Production and Technologies for High-Quality Animal Production" to enhance feed production and ensure food security. Founded the Scientific and Educational Center "AgroKempa" at the Institute.
