• Coordinate end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure reliable supply and customer delivery performance across global markets.
• Manage global shipment execution, including delivery creation, shipment planning, export documentation, health certificates, certificates of origin, transportation documentation, and country-specific shipping requirements.
• Drive OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) and CSL (Customer Service Level) performance through proactive stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and operational coordination, maintaining 100% OTIF performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Quality Assurance, Production, Supply Chain, Global Distribution teams, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities to ensure uninterrupted customer deliveries.
• Create and manage TrackWise (GoTrack) events, investigations, risk assessments, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives to support compliance and operational excellence.
• Lead warehouse operations, employee development, Tier 1 PSQDC meetings, annual inventory counts, compliance activities, and warehouse optimization initiatives, including warehouse consolidation and storage utilization improvements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing logistics documentation, shipment traceability, compliance evidence, and process expertise.
• Act as Key User for BXP and GEP logistics processes, supporting user guidance, training activities, process improvements, and coordination with global support teams.
