- Managed day-to-day operations across multiple production sites, growing 1200ha of vegetables in both open-field and soilless system

- Achievements: modernize farm machinery, improve technical performance, cost reduction, introduce new crops, development of new farming technics, manage special project

- Managed 310ha of vegetables. Directed sales and logistics, managing export to Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia

- Managed vegetables young plants company producing 100M plants annually for the European market

- Managed the production site then the company producing, packing & exporting berries

- Directed international sales to Regional market and Japan
