  • Colocation Data Centers in Central Jutland.
  • Acquisition of business with two data centers that were forcibly sold as part of the merger between the telecom and data center operators GlobalConnect and Nianet.
  • Setup of administration, finance, management, marketing, technical monitoring and processes.
  • Recruitment of technical staff, Site Manager and data center specialists. In total management of a team of five people.
  • Further acquisition of two additional data centers within two years and positioning Fuzion now as the 3rd largest colocation provider in the Danish market with a growth of 60% in less than two years.
  • Capex in 2019 approx. DKK 6 mio. upgrading data center in Skanderborg.
  • Capex in 2020 approx. DKK10 mio. Used on upgrade projects in Viby, Aarhus and Randers.
  • With outsourced bookkeeping, www. IT, I have managed to run a lean model where I have been able to stay focused on development and sales.
  • Implementing compliance ISAE3402 based on ISO 27001 on all data centres.
  • New contracts for DKK 45 mio. In 2020 and DKK 12 Mio. in 2019.
  • Profit in 2019 on Gross Profit 2019: DKK 13,531,000 (2018: DKK 2,274,000).
  • Profit before tax 2019: DKK 9,691,000 (2018: DKK 1,354,000).
  • Fuzion was very successfully sold and taken over on the 1st of may 2020.The new owner brought their own CEO who replaced me 2020/2021.

Created the largest Data Center Conference in Denmark, creating the format, the program and hosting the speakers on stage at the events.
